As a Sr Network Administrator, you will be part of the IT supporting the business US-wide. The ideal candidate will have strong network administration skills related to Cisco ASA firewalls, Active Directory, VMWare and experience with AWS which will align successfully in the IT organization. The position is contract to direct hire and comes with benefits. Candidates will work both onsite and remote and emergency travel may be required on occasion. Individuals can be based in Phoenix, AZ, Lansing, MI, St. Paul, MN, Salem, OR, Indianapolis, IN, Sacramento, CA or Ridgeland, MS.

Job Title: Sr Network Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ or other locations

Pay: $45-$55/hr+ DOE plus OT and benefits

Key Responsibilities

Manage onsite and cloud environments for operations in multiple states

Will maintain security, reliability and scalability across all systems

Will perform maintenance, evaluation, installation and support tasks

Will provide hardware, software and infrastructure support for enterprise-wide applications

Administer and maintain AWS cloud networking components and be senior point of contact for advanced troubleshooting and availability issues across the network

Requirements

BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and 5+ years experience in network systems administration

Strong experience with network administration (configuring, troubleshooting, securing) of Cisco ASA firewalls

Experience with VMWare administration and SAN devices

Experience with Windows-based networks, Active Directory and Group Policy maintenance and some AWS administration/maintenance
