Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of professional-level duties in human resources administration, including recruitment, selection, classification, salary administration, equal employment opportunity, employee/labor relations, employee development, training, and other human resources programs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Classify and analyze job positions to ensure accurate and fair compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and administer exams to assess candidate qualifications and skills.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts and address employee relations issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and best practices in human resources administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or public administration, human resources management, psychology, labor relations, or a closely related field.
  • One year of professional experience in human resources work, or completion of a master's degree in a closely related field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources laws, regulations, and best practices.
