Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
Positive attitude and a willingness to assist with various tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
