JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Assistant will provide support for Sales Team in wood industry.

Must have formal training in office procedures and use of office equipment.
Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing; pleasant telephone manner; able to “think on feet” when dealing with callers; customer service oriented “can do” approach to work.
Knowledge of computers; specifically, experience in Microsoft Office. Must have excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
Excellent problem solving and people skills required. Bilingual-Spanish. Work well in a small office environment servicing AG industry.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES

Respond to rescheduling requests

Key incoming sales orders

Email customer sales order confirmations

Create shipping documents for sales orders

Invoice sales orders

Run Customer credit Card payments

Key Customer check payments into company accounting system
(checks, wires and ACH)

File completed documents

Key Inventory Adjustments

Order Office/Warehouse Supplies

Key vendor invoices into company accounting system

Arrange trucking logistics for orders

Sort and distribute U.S Mail


BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Capable of lifting 10 lbs.
• Valid California Drivers license
• Maintain a clean driving record
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Efficient computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and Quick Books
• Bilingual - Spanish
