Job DescriptionJob Description
Job Responsibilities:

  • Update excel spreadsheets weekly and print checks
  • Run weekly payroll, run prevailing wage and file
  • Create and maintain project folders and file
  • Match purchase orders against vendor invoices. Enter AP invoices and electronically file all Accounts Payable invoices. Complete lien releases and file appropriately
  • Invoice customers at the beginning of the month and mail them out. Confirming, reviewing, and following up with and for payments
  • Assist in the hiring and firing, recruitment
  • Responsible for administrative duties such as ordering supplies, scheduling, High Heat Illness Prevention management, answering phones and employee/client support

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required

  • Associated Degree in Accounting or relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Experience billing, Lein releases, property taxes, 1099s
  • Knowledge in DIR eCertification and prevailing wage regulations
  • Outstanding attention to detail in data entry and other administrative duties
  • Customer service centric and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Paychex or ADP and Supply Pro experience
  • Construction Liens
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office and IT
  • Quickbooks - 1 year Experience Required
