Join our winning team, High Velocity-Category 5, the industry leader in hurricane protection and wind abatement systems. In this role you will be responsible for all coordination, operations, communication, and scheduling of our service team calls for repair, service and maintenance on a variety of hurricane protection solutions including accordion shutters, rolling shutters, roller screens and awnings.

Scheduling of service crews or other scheduling experience preferred.

In this role you will be required to:

· Communicate with customers to create a detailed summary of the service required and utilize a combination of phone calls and our customer database software to maintain constant communication with the customer throughout the service call process.

· Manage the overall service process from initial creation of a service quote through final billing.

· Create service requests utilizing our ERP and service call software.

· Schedule service team appointments based on job location, urgency of the issue and customer availability.

· Conduct a daily morning meeting with the service team to launch them for the day with the correct schedule, information, and parts to perform their calls to completion.

· Conduct an afternoon meeting with the service team to debrief the days service appointments, note any service issues, complete service reports and material requests and discuss the plan for the following day.

· Plan and schedule follow-up service calls for any service not completed during the initial visit.

· Coordinate with logistics supervisor regarding necessary parts and supplies for upcoming service calls.

· Coordinate with Accounting regarding any billing or payment issues related to service calls.

· Scan service ticket and upload to ingenious.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area and front office/showroom area.

· Additional receptionist duties include answering incoming calls, manage voicemails, and greet incoming customers.

Qualifications:

· Experience with customer contact management software and good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including spreadsheets.

· Must be able to communicate effectively both internally and with customers in English. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

· Excellent time management and planning skills.

Compensation Base: $20 hourly based on experience with a review at 180 days.
