Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Appointments: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clinical staff and patients.
  • Patient Intake and Data Management: Collect and maintain patient intake forms, update patient files, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Insurance Verification and Authorization: Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, answering patient questions, checking patients in and out, and processing payments.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs under the supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional.
  • Inventory Management and Supply Chain: Manage inventory, order supplies, and submit requests as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Event Planning and Logistics: Assist with planning and executing community outreach events, promoting Sonova AG's services and products.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge of hearing aids is a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong relationship-building skills, and experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years in a healthcare environment preferred; previous customer service experience required.
