Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all event arrangements are meticulously organized and executed. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with event coordinators and hosts prior to functions to ensure all details are confirmed and satisfactory.
2. Analyze event orders to gather essential guest information, including setup requirements, timelines, and specific guest preferences.
3. Address and fulfill any special requests related to events, ensuring compliance with all arrangements.
4. Adhere to company policies regarding safety and security, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
5. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
6. Provide exceptional service by welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and expressing gratitude for their patronage.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and guests, utilizing professional language and etiquette.
8. Foster positive relationships with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and maintain quality standards.
9. Conduct visual inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
10. Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving objects, and navigating various environments.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- Certification: None required.
