WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A SERVICE COORDINATOR

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operational and scheduling success, ensuring jobs flow smoothly and customers remain satisfied. You will utilize your computer and phone skills to communicate with customers and dispatch calls to our field personnel. Your focus will be on maximizing scheduling efficiency and optimizing our technicians' time by providing prompt and convenient service. You will proactively anticipate future job scheduling to keep projects and appointments on track.

In addition to maintaining smooth operations, you will deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, informing customers of arrival times and providing updates on any delays. When necessary, you will reschedule appointments and ensure complete customer satisfaction upon job completion. Your mission will be to prepare and organize our technicians for their next tasks. Your dispatching skills will be vital in keeping our customers happy and our crew's schedule full. If you can meet these requirements, we encourage you to apply.

  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
