We are seeking a Security/Emergency Services Coordinator for our secure retirement community. This role involves managing emergency and routine service calls while fostering relationships with residents and visitors, ensuring a high level of customer service and hospitality.
Compensation: Competitive, starting at $16.11 per hour, based on experience.
Your Impact:
- Document all relevant information during your shift and initiate preliminary incident reports for Security and Emergency Services Officers.
- Oversee the Emergency Call System for independent living residents.
- Monitor the status of residents during emergency situations.
- Supervise the Fire Alarm System.
- Coordinate ambulance services, including private and 911, as necessary.
- Assist other departments as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.

- Strong communication skills to interact with residents, visitors, and staff at all levels, demonstrating diplomacy and sound judgment.
