GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The Human Resources Coordinator works with the Human Resources Department.  This person must guard sensitive information and adhere to strict confidentiality policies.  The position is responsible for providing clerical support to the Human Resources Department, assist with maintaining the human resources filing systems and other recordkeeping as well as mailing, scanning, and emailing/faxing documents. This individual must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in ways that foster good relationships with those inside and outside the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for retrieving voicemails and forwarding to appropriate personnel.Maintain a well-organized office to supporefficient functioning of the Human Resources Department.
  • File all sick and vacation forms that will be housed outside of the personnel files.
  • Must guard sensitive and confidential information with great discretion.
  • Assist Sr. Recruiter by screening candidates, scheduling appointments and booking conference rooms.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs occasionally.Able to walk around the facility frequently throughout the day.
  • Distribute and follow-up on paperwork.
  • Assist Training Specialist with scanning, reviewing and saving training documentation.
  • Post memos around the facility and remove when appropriate.
  • Ensure all postings around the facility are in good order.
  • Review and sort employee timesheets during payroll processing.
  • Track and enter missing punches in UKG.
  • Prepare, review, and calculate temporary employee’s timecards.
  • Ensure office supplies are available at all times and order replacement items before they deplete.
  • Regular, punctual attendance.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Some college coursework in Human Resources, Business, or related field helpful.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in any Human Resources role preferred.
  • Strong computer skills particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams etc.).
  • Demonstrate great oral and written communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) helpful
  • This is a TEMP to HIRE position.
