Job Description:

Addison Group is currently hiring a Bilingual HR Clerk to assist with timekeeping and HR-related tasks for our client. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a welcoming personality, keen attention to detail, and the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Success in this role will require clear communication skills in both Spanish and English and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist employees, ensuring they are informed about company procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Handle biometric data for new hires and ensure proper operation for current employees.
  • Monitor and document attendance, including absences and tardiness, in the timekeeping system (UKG).
  • Distribute daily absence reports and adjust schedules as authorized by management.
  • Track attendance for bonus eligibility and manage time-off requests within the system.
  • Upload disciplinary records and training documentation to employee files.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and participate in safety program initiatives.
  • Address employee questions and assist in organizing company events.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with familiarity with timekeeping systems.
  • Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and safety regulations.
  • Availability to work morning shifts.
