This is a Full time position with growth opportunities

- Pay:  Hourly wage + rent credit = $22-25 based on experience

· Cell phone allowance

· 7 Paid holidays

· Paid Sick leave (after 90 days)

 - Paid Vacation time (after 1 year)

· $500 sign on bonus (after a 90-day probationary period)

· Must live onsite, rent credit available

Requirements:

· 1 Year of previous property management experience

· Understand & administer Landlord / Tenant policies and State / Federal Laws

· Knowledge of Appfolio software (preferred)

· Able to perform tasks involving bookkeeping, preparation of reports, lease agreements, etc.

· Basic knowledge of Math, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and its’ google counterparts

· Ability to learn quickly, multi task and pay attention to detail

· High school diploma or GED

· Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills

 

Vehicle:

· Reliable transportation

· Clean driving record

· Valid Driver’s License

· Proof of Auto Insurance

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Review all rental applications for accurate completion, verify income and assets, prepare lease documents, and verify compliance at previous properties

- Ensure buildings are up to government & environmental regulations

- Make recommendations for physical repairs, replacements and/or improvements

- Maintain inventory of all equipment and supplies

- Ensure work assignments are performed in accordance with OSHA standards

- Make recommendations for leasing and marketing programs

- Monitor and implement rent increases, utility charges, and Housing Authority contract renewals

- Respond to residents inquires, complaints, and concerns promptly

- Enforce apartment community rules and regulations and provide documentation to dispute any issues that arise

- Work closely with the Portfolio Manager / Maintenance  

- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state agency requirements including, but not limited to HUD Multifamily programs, HOME, BOND, and Tenant selection plan requirements

- Maintain occupancy levels
