The Role:
As a Legal Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our client, both in person and over the phone. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and demeanor will create a welcoming and professional atmosphere, setting the tone for client experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
✅ Greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly attitude.
✅ Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
✅ Scheduling appointments and managing the event calendar efficiently.
✅ Handling mail, courier packages, and other administrative duties.
✅ Assisting with various clerical tasks to support the legal team.
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
✓ Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front desk role within an office setting.
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
✓ Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
✓ Proficiency in office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
