Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at West Coast University. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to phone calls, and provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain filing systems, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Office Operations: Assist with planning and preparation of meetings, coordinate conference room scheduling, and maintain office supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate required.
  • Experience: Minimum six months of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
