Title: Banking Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $16.90
Start Date: Aug 26th
Duration: 12 months
Work Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Job Profile Summary
The Associate performs various requests from setting up to maintaining loans from different areas of the bank including lenders, branches and Customer service.
• Performs varied, often complex, administrative tasks involved in checking and verifying files, work, and information submitted by other Employees, vendors, or Customers
• Knowledge of Company policy and applicable regulations
• Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge, research, and understanding to a specific problem or file in order to facilitate resolution
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize activities based on business objectives
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to apply techniques to research and uncover questionable information in reviewed work
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and tactfully with minimal coaching or direction

MUST HAVE:

Clerical experience
Tech Savvy
MS office (especially Excel /Word )

NICE TO HAVE:
Adobe
Banking
