Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to support our clinic's operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks essential for maintaining the smooth functioning of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and documenting patient medical histories, vital signs, and test results while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Managing daily administrative functions, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and maintaining medical records.
  • Preparing examination rooms for patient assessments and assisting healthcare professionals during procedures.
  • Providing compassionate support and assistance to patients and their families.
  • Adhering to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one to two years of experience in a medical or clinical environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of patient care, medical terminology, and chiropractic practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel between clinics as necessary.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
