  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, correspondence, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure timely submission, logging, and tracking of all contract deliverables, requests, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, including demographic data and program participation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.
  • Provide quality programs and services for our clients, ensuring that quality is maintained and client needs are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; advance degrees preferred.
  • A minimum of three years secretarial experience required.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
