Job Description:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key member of our executive team,providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of our CEO's office. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling various administrative tasks to enable our CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and key priorities. Your ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality will be critical to your success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and +me management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's complex and ever-changing schedule, including prioritizing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  2. Communication Channeling: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  3. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, arranging facilities, and managing logistics.
  4. Informa/on Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, including confidential information.
  5. Correspondence: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.


  1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships withinternal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, vendors, and friends andfamily of Marc and Sarah.
  2. Special Projects/Office Initiatives: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, which may include research, analysis, and project management tasks.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite team, including expense management, document preparation, and general office tasks.
