Assistant Job Duties

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include assisting with customer service, emailing formats, client data entry, developing a productive work environment and supporting the attorney. 

Responsibilities/Skills

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Willing to work hard and take instruction from Legal administrators, and attorneys
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, case management software, and client information
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain confidential information diligently and securely

Requirements

  • Good understanding of office management and customer service
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Suite etc.)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a strong advantage
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Must pass a background check

Pay: From $16 based on experience
