Office Manager

AppleOne is seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This is for a CPA firm in Maitland, FL.
Hiring manager would like to see candidates from professional services: CPA firm, Financial Services, Law Firm or Engineering Services.
In this role, you’ll oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of the office. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support 7 to 8 CPA's with all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and meetings, making copies, filing, assisting with the intake of tax returns.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Adobe
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor

Pay: $28-32/hour
