We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Administrative Assistant your role would include but is not limited to greeting and welcoming customers, clients, and other visitors. Check visitors in and direct them to specific destinations. Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations. Answering telephone calls and taking messages or transferring calls. Scheduling appointments and updating calendar events.
  • Handing incoming and outgoing mail. Maintaining databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper, such as copy, file, and maintaining paper or electronic documents. Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks in a challenging environment. You must be able to work in a team setting and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both English and Spanish. 
  • Additionally, as a non-licensed individual, you may be asked to perform any of the following activities, among other permissible functions which do not require a licensure such as provide general explanations, information, or descriptions of credit products in response to consumer inquiries. Provide contact information for fellow employees of the company and of a loan originator or creditor upon the consumer’s request, so long as you do not discuss particular credit terms with the consumer. You may be asked to perform loan-processing activities, such as compiling and assembling credit application packages and supporting documentation for a loan originator or creditor. Perform credit underwriting activities, so long as you do not communicate directly with consumers about specific credit terms.

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
