We are now hiring an Administrative & Treasury Assistant in Maitland, FL and looking for experienced professionals to join our team

The Administrative & Treasury Assistant will perform daily Registered Agent work for our clients, process incoming mail related to tax compliance, and assist the Treasury team with ACH payment processing.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
Work Location: In person- Maitland Office
Duties & ResponsibilitiesRegistered Agent tasks will include forwarding emails and Service of Process notices to clients within 24 hours of receipt. You will be responsible for ordering Registered Agent Services online and maintaining the client contact list and billing spreadsheet.

Treasury Assistant tasks will include supporting the ACH Team. You will provide data entry of tax information on agency websites and process ACH payments from client escrow accounts. Some overtime hours may be required during deadline weeks.

Other administrative support will be required, including but not limited to processing incoming mail related to tax compliance and providing backup support for daily package reviews and document scan approvals.

A preference for stability and repetitive tasks, combined with a demonstrated interest in and ability to learn new skills, is essential for success in this role. The candidate must also be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable meeting daily deadlines. The candidate must also display a team-player attitude and adhere to rules and processes.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work on your own.
  • Must be excellent at time management and be able to work at a fast pace.
  • Must have a good attitude and the ability to work as a team.
  • Must have strong computer (MS Excel) skills.

Education and Experience:
  • College degree preferred.
  • Background in Accounts Payable and/or Telecommunications a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional work environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel.
