ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain open lines of communication with the production manager, providing regular status updates on daily and weekly tasks and objectives.
  • Exercise vigilant supervision over employee activities while adhering rigorously to safety protocols and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Assume responsibility for estimating the requisite resources and materials in accordance with the production plan and sales forecasts.
  • Develop and implement production schedules that guarantee the attainment of targeted daily production volumes.
  • Establish and adapt procedures as necessary to align with production goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the planning and sourcing manager to ensure that production and inventory levels are consistently aligned with customer orders and demands.
