a. Component Construction: Building components, subunits, or basic models, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
b. Layout Execution: Adhering to detailed layouts and scientific diagrams to assemble and package basic devices and equipment subunits.
c. Testing and Experimentation: Conducting various tests or experiments that may require minor adjustments in setups or procedures, as well as subjective judgment in measurements. This includes selecting, preparing, and operating standard testing equipment while documenting test results.
d. Climbing Certification: Climbing certification may be necessary, and occasional assistance in tower climbing/support could be required. Candidates should not have a fear of heights.
e. Inventory Oversight: Responsible for managing and optimizing inventory processes within the organization. This includes maintaining accurate inventory levels, forecasting demand, implementing control procedures, and ensuring efficient stock handling to meet business and customer needs.
f. Shipping and Receiving Management: Overseeing shipping and receiving operations within the warehouse. This entails ensuring accurate processing and documentation of products and materials, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with various departments for timely movement of goods.
g. Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge in computer usage is required.
h. Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.) is essential for daily activities.
i. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary to support various operations.
Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
