Shift: Morning Shift 5:00am to 1:30pm

Job Description:

The Tank Prep & Assembly duties include the finishing stages of the parts and materials for finished goods. Thermoplastic parts and related products are cleaned up, miscellaneous sub-assemblies are attached and fine-tuned, as well as crating, palletizing, placing stickers prior to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize materials for production including cutting, shaping, and finishing plastic components as needed.

- Assemble large and oversized plastic containers by following detailed instructions and specifications.

- Ensure all assembly is completed accurately, adhering to safety and quality standards.

- Conduct regular quality checks on assembled products, reporting any discrepancies or defects to supervisors.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Assist in general warehouse duties as required, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

-Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, this includes cross training in other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar roles preferred.

- Basic understanding of assembly techniques and mechanical concepts is a plus.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime when needed.

- Basic PC literacy- Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as typing.
