Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the construction and assembly of enclosures while working under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor.
- Supervise, train, and organize the processes for the construction and assembly of enclosures, sub-assemblies, and custom enclosures.
- Create training schedules for team members and assembly lines.
- Examine job travelers, drawings, and BOMs to ensure precision.
- Identify issues and assess solutions through corrective actions and lean methodologies.
- Regularly seek input from relevant management and peers to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance productivity, quality, and workflow.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Adhere to all guidelines and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
- Maintain 5S standards in workstations.
- Exemplify ESL's core values in daily activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Experienced in using and training others on small hand tools, measuring tools, wiring preparation tools, and shop machinery
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assembler.
At least 1 year of electrical experience.
1 year of forklift operation experience.
1-2 years of lead manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
