Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, campaigns, and news)
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using market insight research techniques to make data-driven decisions
  • Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, SEO, SEM)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets and statistical software (e.g. Excel, SQL)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R highly desirable
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
  • Energized by working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
