Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist at Clarvida, LLC, you will collaborate with clients to develop and execute personalized service plans. This involves identifying their self-defined objectives, needs, strengths, obstacles, support networks, and emotional triggers.

Utilizing these plans, you will connect clients to community resources and provide direct assistance in enhancing essential life skills such as budgeting, grocery shopping, home maintenance, meal preparation, social interactions, coping mechanisms, and self-regulation of their mental health symptoms.

Through consistent home visits, you will assess the client's progress and behaviors, aiding them in achieving their goals. This role may require client transportation as necessary. To ensure the best outcomes for clients, you will primarily engage with them in their local environments.

Qualifications we seek:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline
Experience in the mental and behavioral health sector

Demonstrated professional and respectful communication skills (both verbal and written) along with an understanding of and sensitivity to diverse cultural and special needs populations.

Valid Georgia Driver's License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR);
Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check (no convictions or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of any kind)
