Position Overview:
This role is essential for driving audience engagement and subscriber acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Paid Media Operations & Technology team to implement effective marketing strategies that ensure global scalability and excellence.
- Oversee the management and distribution of first-party audience data across marketing platforms using advanced data management tools.
- Lead project management efforts and provide regular updates on significant audience initiatives.
- Conduct audits and refine global audience setups to meet evolving requirements.
- Develop processes and tracking materials that comply with privacy and legal standards across business units.
- Partner with channel teams to assess audience implementation and activation across various platform partners.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of cross-line-of-business requests and initiatives.
- Utilize comprehensive project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets for effective workflow management.

Candidate Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Performance Marketing, or Advertising.
- Background in either in-house marketing or agency settings.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record in process development and execution.
- Strong familiarity with Marketing and Advertising Technologies, including audience segmentation tools and trends such as identity resolution and global privacy regulations.
- Experience in managing marketing channels like social media, programmatic advertising, search, and CTV to achieve customer acquisition and retention objectives.

Compensation:
Pay rate ranges from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, depending on experience.
