Holiday Schedules and Shifts

Scheduling and Coordination of Office Meetings/Vendor Meetings

Assist in coordinating and planning staff development events,  celebrations, conferences and excursions/field trips. 

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.

Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in a management position and willingness to learn nuances of a medical business.

Knowledge of insurance verification and billing preferred. 

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

Proficiency with computers, internet, email, Microsoft Office and typing. 

Excellent verbal, written and phone communication.

Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
