Position Overview:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all marketing-related legal transactions across international markets. This role involves regular collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the tracking, processing, and accuracy of consumer promotion requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the review process and ensure compliance with consumer promotion rules and regulations throughout the entire lifecycle of promotions.
  • Create, distribute, and maintain comprehensive training materials for consumer promotion requests, ensuring timely submissions for legal review and approval.
  • Administer reporting processes for all contracts and promotional business cases in international markets.
  • Facilitate contract meetings with regional teams to address any discrepancies and track the status of submitted contracts.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of training materials for APTTUS, ensuring that all relevant team members are proficient in system functionalities.
  • Ensure that contracts are accurately drafted, reflecting business needs and objectives, and communicate any issues to legal and marketing leads.
  • Review partially signed agreements to verify completeness and ensure timely execution of authorized signatures.
  • Reconcile departmental card charges and assist with additional operational projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Preferably, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role, along with experience in business administration.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and APTTUS is desired.

Compensation:
Base pay range is USD 62,700.00 to USD 73,800.00.
