This position does not include direct reports but requires a high level of expertise and leadership in IT compliance matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with DFARS, NIST, and other relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and assess IT systems and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify potential compliance issues and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Lead and oversee data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate compliance audits and assessments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to IT and business units on compliance and data governance-related matters and best practices.
  • Stay current with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs for staff.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT compliance, with a strong background in DFARS and NIST.
  • Professional certification required: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
  • Proven experience with IT compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address compliance and data governance issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
