Responsibilities:

  • Master all company marketing and technology tools and effectively present and demonstrate to recruiting prospects to demonstrate value.
  • Maintain recruitment activity in HubSpot CRM platform and track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct weekly calls and outreach efforts to support ongoing meeting pipeline and interviews.
  • Collaborate with SVP and region managers to promote & sell VR value proposition and identify target agents to join William Raveis Office
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Attend company-related sales management meetings, weekly conference calls, or local office events as needed. Participate in MA office meetings and workshops when needed to support and communicate Company Value Proposition
  • Meet with target agents weekly to assess candidate business needs, and cultural fit.
  • Prospect, source and network w/ candidates through various channels, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Assist in the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for selected hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Utilize SVP and WRRE HQ and Executive team to support and close on top candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Real Estate office environment, with a solid understanding of MLS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and HubSpot CRM
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented mindset to handle email and phone business.
  • Ability to prioritize; meeting shifting demands in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously.  Responsible for making decisions at the local office and communicating closely with management. The ability to stand by those decisions when given a task, and to drive involvement with the agents.
  • Experience with data entry and management, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment.
