The Regional Sales Leader will prioritize improving client satisfaction, grasping product needs, and showcasing the value Clarios delivers to its clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate growth strategies for OES and New Entrants Clients to enhance technology adoption and profitability.
  • Establish robust client partnerships and collaborate with various departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and engineering.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution and product introductions.
  • Leverage market analysis to identify and recommend lucrative opportunities to clients.
  • Manage forecasting and demand planning to maximize operational performance.
  • Accountable for business outcomes and performance indicators for NA OES and New Entrants clients.
  • Design and implement global client strategies for advanced technologies.
  • Lead negotiations on client contracts and drive corporate goals.
  • Provide critical insights on client expectations and satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as a consultant to the Senior Sales Director and maintain Clarios' esteemed industry reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with a focus on OES or original equipment commercial management.
  • A strong strategic perspective and knowledge of the automotive market.
  • Willingness to travel 25%-30% domestically.

  • Technical comprehension of battery systems and connected services.
