Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Create and implement daily/monthly goals for the center and its associates to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Customer Experience: Master the Guest Service Associate role and lead by example, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, discipline, and coach associates in the moment, and as needed, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operations: Conduct all Strut Team Meetings, prepare activities or resources, and maintain proper inventory levels and submit orders in a timely manner.
  • Recruitment and Training: Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed, and ensure that all associates are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Accountability: Take ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
Requirements
  • 2 years of management experience in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Passion for customer service, team building, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
