We are seeking a highly skilled nCino Support Specialist for a 6-month contract role to support our ongoing efforts to optimize our nCino platform.

Role Overview:

As an nCino Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and guidance to our internal colleagues and stakeholders. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the nCino platform. This role requires a deep understanding of nCino, Salesforce, and financial services processes, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for the nCino platform, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including loan officers, credit analysts, and other users, to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of the nCino platform and ensure it meets the company’s operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with the IT and business teams to implement enhancements and customizations on the nCino platform.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within nCino to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles, best practices, and support procedures related to nCino.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting and administering the nCino platform.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, including Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with nCino.
  • Experience in financial services, specifically in loan origination, credit analysis, or related areas, is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in nCino or Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) is a plus.

Contract Details:

  • Full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
  • Remote role, within the US only, working Pacific Time Zone business hours. 
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
