To excel as our Community Liaison, you need to be a strategic thinker and a master relationship-builder. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact in the community, increasing care hours while upholding our exceptional service standards. With a strong drive to achieve, you won't rest until you've met and exceeded annual sales goals. Previous experience in sales, particularly in the home care or healthcare sectors, will be a valuable asset in this role. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Manager databases and a passion for creating meaningful connections are key to thriving in this dynamic role that shapes the expectation of home care in Central Arkansas.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position are:

  • Focus on increasing care hours while maintaining high standards for service and Client Satisfaction
  • Ability to develop and maintain a profitable referral source pipeline and gain market share.
  • Pre-planning of weekly sales activities, creating opportunities for communication with referral sources, clients and families.
  • Maintains sales activity in Customer Relationship Manager database.
  • Community Liaison must be able to convey a strong need to serve well and be tenacious.
  • Ability to not give up. Must be energized by developing and meeting weekly/quarterly goals.
  • The ideal Community Liaison has a successful sales track record in increasing market share and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
