Overview:
Acts as a liaison for Baptist Health to medical professionals, enterprises, and community entities across the state.

Tasked with increasing patient referrals while fostering the relationships and loyalty of referring physicians, as well as attracting new business from those not currently directing referrals to Baptist Health.

Collaborates effectively with the marketing director, senior leadership, and service line managers to cultivate new business opportunities and sustain existing client relationships.

Works in partnership with administration and personnel at all Baptist Health hospital/system locations. Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients. Gathers market intelligence and identifies challenges that hinder referrals and business growth.

Additional Information:
A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, preferably in Marketing or a healthcare-related discipline. A minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in customer service, sales, and marketing, ideally within a healthcare context, is required. Must exhibit clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential. A solid understanding of the sales and healthcare business landscape is necessary.

Must maintain a professional appearance, be highly self-driven, possess strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills, and be capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

A valid Arkansas Driver's License and a clean driving record are required. Must be able to operate a vehicle and travel to various accounts/facilities as needed. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in accordance with established policies is essential.
This position is authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
