Overview:
As a key representative of Baptist Health, this role is dedicated to fostering relationships with healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations throughout the state.

The primary focus is to enhance referral growth while strengthening the loyalty of existing referring physicians and attracting new business from those not currently engaged with Baptist Health.

This position requires collaboration with the marketing director, senior leadership, and service line managers to cultivate new business opportunities and sustain relationships with current clients.

Additionally, you will work closely with administration and staff across all Baptist Health hospital and system locations. Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful sales presentations to prospective clients, gathering market intelligence, and identifying challenges that may hinder referrals and business expansion.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a healthcare-related discipline. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, and marketing, ideally within a healthcare context, is essential. Candidates must exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary, along with a solid understanding of the sales and healthcare business landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, be highly self-driven, and demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. The ability to travel to various accounts and facilities as needed is essential. Candidates must be capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment in accordance with established policies.
This position is authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
