Lead and serve the key accounts and/or distributors assigned to your portfolio, in order to achieve compliance with the sell in and sell out goals, as well as ensure the related management indicators.


Functions:

  • Planning and execution of strategies that allow the development of the assigned accounts.
  • Meet the sales budget by product category for each of their accounts.
  • Carry out corporate promotion negotiations (Bill backs) with supermarket chains.
  • Negotiation of publications in shoppers and participation in commercial dynamics of supermarket chains.
  • Manage extra visibility at points of sale, through the purchase of spaces, sales contests or in support of corporate campaigns within supermarket chains.
  • Implement growth plans that allow the development of the assigned accounts in the different territories.
  • Manage and monitor the spaces assigned in the planimetry in the different points of sale.
  • Manage the entry or coding of new products in the different supermarket chains.
  • Analysis of results and generation of reports or business reports.
  • Business review with distributors and supermarket chains.


Objetivo:

Liderar y atender las cuentas claves y/o distribuidores asignados a su cartera, con el objetivo de lograr el cumplimiento de las metas de sell in y sell out, así como también velar por los indicadores de gestión relacionados.


Funciones:

  • Planificación y ejecución de estrategias que permitan el desarrollo de las cuentas asignadas.
  • Cumplir con el presupuesto de ventas por categoría de productos para cada una de sus cuentas.
  • Realizar negociaciones corporativas de promociones (Bill backs) con cadenas de supermercados.
  • Negociación de publicaciones en shoppers y participación en dinámicas comerciales de las cadenas de supermercados.
  • Gestionar extra visibilidad en los puntos de venta, por medio de compra de espacios, concursos de ventas o en acompañamiento a campañas corporativas dentro de las cadenas de supermercados.
  • Implementar planes de crecimiento que permitan desarrollar las cuentas asignadas en los diferentes territorios.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a los espacios asignados en la planimetría en los diferentes puntos de venta.
  • Gestionar el ingreso o codificación de nuevos productos en las diferentes cadenas de supermercados.
  • Análisis de resultados y generación de reportes o informes de negocio.
  • Revisión de negocios con distribuidores y cadenas de supermercado.
