Key Account Manager Retail

This position will support the day-to-day execution across our wholesale channel providing analytical and executional support for the ORLY® brands across multiple key accounts, with a core focus on ULTA. This position is responsible for supporting the management of our existing accounts, analyzing weekly sales trends, and identifying opportunities/risks for the retail business. You will also play a critical role in the sell-in and onboarding new retail partners. You will work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to optimize our retail execution and operations.


Responsibilities

·      Support all efforts related to sell-in and sell-through with major retailers and specialty accounts

·      Partner with internal and external counterparts to drive forecasting and replenishment planning for the wholesale business.

·      Build, maintain, and manage weekly reporting tools and dashboards for key customers.

·      Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with key internal and external stakeholders (brokers, distributors, etc.).

·      Serve as the liaison between external retail planning teams and internal operations partners to support retail planning and operational improvements.

·      Build presentations and all necessary materials for customer meetings, including but not limited to sell-in stories, monthly meetings, and line reviews.

·      Own & manage the promotional calendar across retail channels ensuring alignment across the business.

·      Lead item management across retailer portals and systems.

·      Travel for occasional trade shows, sales meetings/conferences, and store visits.

·      Work closely with the VP of Business Development to provide inputs on budgeting, sales planning, and inventory management.

·      Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.


Skills & Experience

·      3+ years of related experience in sales, account management, or merchandising; beauty brand or similar preferred.

·      Strong project management skills including organization and communication, with an ability to self-start initiatives and lead multiple team members (including third-party partners)

·      Proven ability to convert information, numbers, and data into insights for actionable growth.

·      Self-starting and goal-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.

·      Competitive knowledge of the beauty and nail care industry landscape.

·      Ability to see the big picture (as well as the details) while tracking many moving parts.

·      Excellent at problem-solving and reacting quickly in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

·      Strong PowerPoint / Canva, Excel, and database skills.
