Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing actionable insights.

  • Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Analyze historical financial data and market trends to inform future financial planning and projections.

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment analysis, and decision-making.

  • Perform scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business strategies and decisions.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on model outputs to support management decision-making.

  • Support strategic planning initiatives by analyzing business performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

  • Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  • Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze and monitor cost structures, assessing the financial impact of cost management initiatives.

  • Provide recommendations for cost optimization and financial efficiency improvements.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and external audit processes.

  • Support compliance with financial controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software, Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
