Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization's corporate objectives, including capital structure optimization and funding strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage the corporate financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long-term financial planning, and cash flow management.
  • Analyze financial performance, including profitability, cost management, and investment returns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditures, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior executives and the board of directors, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and manage financial risk, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making, providing data and insights to drive business performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization's financial operations are current and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with financial planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) and data visualization techniques.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices in corporate finance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
