Job Title: Corporate Finance Consultant

Overview: As a Corporate Finance Consultant, you will provide expert advice to organizations on financial strategies, capital management, and investment decisions. You will work closely with clients to analyze financial performance, develop strategic financial plans, and support major corporate finance initiatives to enhance their financial health and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability assessments, cash flow analysis, and balance sheet evaluations. Identify financial strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement financial strategies that align with their business goals. Provide recommendations on capital structure, funding strategies, and financial risk management.
  • Advise on investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital expenditures. Conduct valuation analyses, due diligence, and financial modeling to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and recommend strategies for managing capital, including optimizing working capital, managing debt, and planning for future financing needs. Assist in capital raising activities and negotiation with financial institutions.
  • Support clients in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze variances between actual and projected financial performance and provide insights for corrective actions.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance and the impact of implemented strategies. Provide clients with regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Facilitate discussions on financial matters and provide expert guidance on complex financial issues.

Qualifications:

  • :Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance consulting, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, including financial analysis, capital management, and investment advisory. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and delivering results within established timelines.
  • Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
