Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst (Hybrid Remote) to join our team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This role will be pivotal in supporting and leading essential monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes while providing financial assistance to various Corporate G&A business partners. Collaboration with the Corporate Accounting team will be key to ensuring financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of monthly profit and loss forecasts and annual budgets for the Corporate G&A segment.
  • Utilize Excel and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) to aid business partners in managing, loading, and reporting data for monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review presentations.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain monthly reports and routine analytics.
  • Execute monthly close tasks, including accrual submissions, variance analysis, and financial reporting during the close process.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting to address inquiries regarding actuals and comprehend the accounting treatment of transactions.
  • Provide the Finance and Accounting leadership teams with monthly reports and analyses comparing actual spend to budget.
  • Deliver routine and ad hoc reporting and analyses aimed at identifying underlying business trends and potential improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data and construct financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Respond promptly to requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Perform additional job duties and ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience within Finance or Accounting departments.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning / Oracle EPM is a plus.
