- Prepare and present reports on financial operations, performance trends, and process improvements to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or advanced certification in finance or operations preferred).
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst (Finance) or in a similar financial operations role, with a strong track record of process optimization and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information and process improvements to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and best practices in financial operations and process management.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how financial operations support organizational strategy.
