Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the corporate finance team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement advanced financial strategies to support the organization's long-term goals, including capital structure optimization, investment strategies, and funding plans.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of complex financial reports, including financial statements, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the corporate financial planning process, including long-term financial planning, cash flow management, and scenario analysis.
  • Provide high-level financial analysis and insights, including profitability analysis, cost management, and investment performance, to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, capital expenditures, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior executives and the board of directors, highlighting key financial insights and implications.
  • Monitor and manage financial risk, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior management to support financial planning, decision-making, and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management role.
  • Extensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) and advanced data visualization techniques.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex financial projects and teams, delivering impactful financial insights and solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting financial strategies and reports to senior executives and the board of directors.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices in corporate finance.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
