POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Sales Director at Coalescence Cloud, you will be a key leader in driving our revenue growth and client satisfaction strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the sales team by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to drive team success.
  • Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships that foster long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling Salesforce solutions and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Lead high-stakes contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and successful execution, collaborating with legal, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate and demonstrate value to prospective clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales leadership within the Professional Services, SaaS, or technology industry, with a proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions and services, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related products. Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the expense automation, financial processing, and accounts payable sectors, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of building rapport and credibility with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for influencing and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
