Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth and expand our client base by meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Client Engagement: Increase client engagement and satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- CRM Compliance and Hygiene: Ensure CRM compliance and maintain sales pipeline hygiene to optimize sales performance.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Generate prospecting lists and execute outreach efforts to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Tools and Resources: Develop and maintain sales tools and resources to support sales team performance.
Qualifications:

- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of building and maintaining successful sales teams in a leadership role.

- Quota Obtainment and Client Service: Proven history of quota obtainment and client service.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Location: Seeking candidates to work from our corporate office in Lewisville, Texas.

Basic Requirements:
- Sales Management Experience: 2-5 years of sales management experience required.
- Technology Solution Sales Experience: 2+ years of technology solution sales experience preferred.
- Two-Way Radio or Communication Technology Sales Experience: Two-way radio or communication technology sales experience preferred.
